2. Supliful Fulfillment
For applicable products, Fatburn Protein uses Supliful as a private-label dropshipping and fulfillment service. Supliful's current Terms describe its service as connecting brands with product providers and coordinating production and delivery when products are purchased through connected sales channels.
This means that:
Fatburn Protein is the customer-facing retailer/brand, while Supliful and its relevant providers may handle product production, fulfillment and shipping for applicable orders.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Fatburn Protein. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

10. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We use third-party payment processing services available through Shopify and our selected payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card information on our own systems.
11. Order Fulfillment
After an order is successfully placed, applicable orders may be transmitted to Supliful for production and fulfillment. Because many products are produced or prepared specifically for an order, cancellation or modification may not always be possible after the order enters production. Supliful's terms state that once an order has been sent to production, the order may no longer be editable or cancellable through its service.
12. Shipping
Shipping availability, costs and delivery estimates depend on the destination, product, package weight and applicable carrier. International orders fulfilled through Supliful are currently shipped from U.S. fulfillment centers under DDU terms, meaning customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees.

13. Customs and Import Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and complying with applicable import requirements. If an order is delayed, rejected or returned because the customer fails to provide required information or pay applicable duties, taxes or fees, additional charges or refund limitations may apply. For international purchases, customers should verify whether the products are permitted in their country before ordering.
14. Refunds and Returns
